Quadraphonix is composed of composer/drummer Jonathan Heraux, sitar/guitar/groove weaver Shree Saragopan, conga drum/chant champion Eli Clemens and bass artist Aaron Friedman. They have rocked stages across the world, and are on the way home to Oahu from a tour in Europe. This is a band that must be felt on the dance floor, the music pulses with sitar flows from India, sacred Orisha drumming from NYC, and some of the finest percussion you will ever discover on this planet.

Taimane Garner was Discovered at the age of 13 by Don Ho, she is a charismatic and accomplished young songstress. Her style has been described as “cutting edge,” exhibiting a “controlled frenzy” on fast songs and toning it down with “gentle artistry” on slower melodies. She was a featured performer with the legendary Don Ho, playing Las Vegas and Palm Springs with him as a young adult and has also toured Japan and performed at the AVP Volleyball tour in Manhattan and in Las Vegas.

Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Taimane is a lovely blend of Samoan and Caucasian ancestry. Taimane, which means “Diamond” in the Samoan language was given the name by her parents because she was their very own sparkling treasure. She has a strong musical hertitage, as her mother performed professionally as a singer and Polynesian dancer in Samoa and competed in the Miss Universe contest.
The Genie is an avant garde performing artist and guitar looping innovator; taking a DJ approach to guitar, he is the creator of a live-looping method called ‘scratch guitar’ and a unique brand of live-remixing called ‘g-mixing’. Bringing together a hybrid of genres, he utilizes unconventional live production styles, turntablist techniques, and original looping methods. All of this while manipulating dials on his pedals with his toes, producing uniquely mesmerizing performances.

(Bio)See/Cristian Ellauri teaches spoken word/hip-hop and nature skills in the Bay Area. He has blessed the mic as Master of Ceremonies at over 80 festivals and events across the country. See is the founder of Honolulu’s Ong King Arts Center. He has written and directed three full-scale hip-hop theatre productions: Hip-Hopalypse, Jaguar Priests and Chase. In 2009-10 his solo hip-hop theatre performance, The Fool Truth, toured festivals throughout the USA.
