Se Va. by See part 1 Friday and Saturday 8pm @ The Garage – 975 Howard

Cristian SEE Ellauri presents Se Va. March 4th and 5th, Friday and Saturday @ The Garage. 975 Howard @ 6th. Part of RAW, Resident Artist Workshop. Se Va (work in progress) is an original piece of theatre about 3 characters involvement in sex trafficking. It features evocative dialogue, poetry/rap, and flamenco dance. The 3 principal characters are Anna Maria a Mexican immigrant, Josh Jones a pimp/victim of child abuse, and Derrick a pimp/hip-hop poet (played by See). The extremes each character must take in order to take control of their lives is probed through the pressures they place on each other.
